As a Florida resident for over 40 years, Kelly Guttveg has called Martin County home for the past 15 years. Martin County is a great place to raise kids among beautiful communities surrounded by water. Her children have gone through the Martin County School System, and she and her family have enjoyed living in “America’s Happiest Seaside Town,” according to Coastal Living Magazine.

Kelly obtained her real estate license in 2003 and has been a certified paralegal for 30 years, specializing in real estate law for over 10 years. She has also recently graduated with a master's in Legal Studies from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers.
